Guided Bird Walks with "Birding Bob"

Discover what most people – residents and visitors alike – take for granted as they pound the pavement in NYC. These tours, traversing Central Park from two separate locations (choose one or try both on different days) seek to observe the city’s winged inhabitants perching in trees, snuggling in a nest or stopping for a sip of nectar. A wonderful opportunity to visit lesser known parts of the park with an expert guide. The tour takes approximately 3 hours and is suitable for all levels of experience. Walks starting at Turtle Pond dock or The Boathouse may travel through The Ramble, Balcony Bridge, Bank Rock Bridge, Shakespeare Garden, Belvedere Castle, Strawberry Fields, and Wagner Cove. Walks starting at Conservatory Gardens often include Harlem Meer, the North Woods, The Loch, Great Hill, Wildflower Meadow, and The Pool.
