HERB N’ KITCHEN

Opening in June 2013, the Hilton’s new concept restaurant—Herb n’ Kitchen—will feature seasonal salads, artisanal sandwiches and brick oven pizzas. A barista zone will prepare specialty coffees for guest to enjoy either in the restaurant or on the go.

Prior to the opening of Herb n’ Kitchen, the hotel continues to offer a full selection of hot & cold breakfast items prepared in Bridges Bar while continuing to serve lunch and dinner in the lobby lounge.

Breakfast buffet served:

Monday through Friday: 6:00 am to 10:30 am
Saturday and Sunday: 6:30 am to 11:30 am

Takeaway for coffee and light fare items:
Monday through Sunday: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm

Lunch served daily from 12 noon - 2:00 pm.
